and kind of show users where to walk.
So again, kind of mindful of not causing any traffic issues
on, like I say, on those adjoining roads
and just having an organised safe place
for people to wait for their Ubers or Bolts as well.
But yes, yes, that's, I hope that helps answer.
Just one more question.
So because you mentioned about the survey,
I just wanted to know, I mean,
do you know what percentage of people came
from out of ones out of what different boroughs yes um just cheque my notes uh to make sure i get this correct
right so key stats in terms of locally I believe it was 34 % were Wandsworth and 61 oh no more than
that sorry um but 61 % were from Wandsworth and Lambeth so that's two thirds of our audience from
those two boroughs. And also the other stat that we managed to pull out of the postcode data as well
was that 31 % live within a half an hour walk of the park, which we tend to be a mile and a half.
And again, we've got more kind of accuracy on that one as well, which we actually use the postcode
data from where Folkbook as well, not being to kind of surveillance capitalism about it,
but obviously we have their information
and we just look at their postcodes
and we did a manner, like a mapping exercise of that
to show where folk had come from.
But yeah, so two pairs of the audience,
either from Wandsworth or Lambeth.
I promise this will be my last question.
Oh no, go ahead, Catherine.
Because this time you seem to know all your stats
and everything, I was just wondering how many access
for all tickets were, were, well, how many access for all tickets were provided or used
during the weekend? Do you know about that? I do know about the, about the access for all tickets.
I'm really sorry, I don't, I, in my prep notes, I don't have that particular stat, but I know they...
If you bear with me, I have it. Oh, thank you. You bear with me, I've got it in an email someone
just sent it to me about an hour ago for something else so you give me two seconds i will get it for
you uh for pantry on the common we had 1010 access for all lovely lovely thank you so that's 1010
out of five thousand five thousand was it out of the total so the number i think as well i just
Correct me if I'm wrong, Tim, but the numbers you're referencing as well are the...
Is it the total number of...
actual people on site?
attendance rather than tickets.
So I think the total number of tickets was closer to...
I want to say 10 ,000 in terms of tickets that were actually sold.
Obviously we won't normally have a dropout rate, which is fairly standard for every event that we have a dropout rate of who turn up.
also because we had some rather curious weather that weekend, lots of kind of rainstorms and
things like that that obviously turned a few people away. So it would have been about,
it's about a 10, roughly 10 % of our audience that bought tickets were access for all.
Thank you. Chancellor Jeffery, any more, any more questions?
Right, and I'm sorry, I know that we're in the absence of having any of the opposers in,
And that's why we're sort of doing the job of the residents
really and drilling down on these things.
So just one other thing you mentioned,
provisions for dropping off taxis and geofencing
for calling Ubers.
Will something like that happen with line bikes and forests?
Because I imagine if people are living in the borough,
jumping on a line bike and cycling over there, great.
But then you're going to end up with a load of line bikes
well, just outside the park.
Is there anything to mitigate that?
Line bike geofencing, we did do something last year.
And I'm trying to remember where they were.
There was a geofence in place as well
with the Line Bike service.
They are not to bore you too much, but they're quite hard
to, out of all of those sharing apps,
they're the hardest to work with
because they're very hard physically to get hold of.
But I believe a geofence did go in and I think it was the idea that again within that side of the common,
there'd be a point at which they would stop working.
So again, we didn't want to, I think it was a balance from what I remember working with my colleague on it,
that obviously we didn't want to annoy everybody on the common if you're half a mile over the other side of the common
and not be able to use a line right there.
But we did do it in the immediate area around our entrance area to stop like exile like that.
But like I say, Alsthor and Lime are unfortunately the way that they're set up are quite hard to deal with.
But we did have that in place last year.
Great stuff. Thank you.
Do we have any more questions?
Subcommittee.
Thank you. Just want to wish you all the best for the event this time around.
Indeed. Okay, so in that case, and I'm having a quick look at Mr Bishop and making sure
I've not messed up legally in any way.
Not yet.
Not yet. We're willing. Okay, so that now concludes the applications considerations,
The decision, reasons and any legal guidance given during the subcommittee's discussion
that has informed their decision will be confirmed in writing, together with information about
any rights of appeal within five working days.
So members of the subcommittee will now join for a separate confidential meeting where
we'll make our decision.
But thank you all very much for your time this afternoon.
Thank you.
